Served as senior communications partner to the EVP and Business President of BD's $4.7B Biosciences segment during peak COVID-19 disruption. Built the crisis communications infrastructure from scratch, including a cross-functional council, dedicated intranet hub, executive toolkits, and safety bulletins while simultaneously supporting the BD Veritor point-of-care diagnostic launch under FDA Emergency Use Authorization. Outcome: Successful launch that directly supported pandemic efforts, ranked top 2 companywide for corporate initiative understanding and communication satisfaction in the midst of a once-in-a-generation disruption.
Served as sole senior communications executive and CEO advisor at Avellino Lab through the company's inaugural KOSDAQ IPO. Owned all internal and external narratives across US and Korean markets over 18+ weeks of execution. Simultaneously led the AvaGen™ genetic test launch, generating 15M impressions and a 25% lift in positive brand perception within 10 months. Outcome: Full regulatory approval / two qualifying A ratings from the IPO regulatory authority.
Joined METTLER TOLEDO as the company's first enterprise communications leader with a mandate to enhance and elevate the function. Constructed the global strategy, deployed the company's first AI-enabled content platform, and redesigned the CEO's quarterly messaging model into a two-part strategic narrative. Outcome: Measurable increase in employee understanding of company priorities and reduction in global content production time without additional headcount.
